Grant Gorecki, Owner

Grant Gorecki graduated from Brown Technical College in 1989. After gaining experience in installation, service, sales, and management, Grant formed Loosewire Technologies, Inc., a custom electronics installation company. Seeing a need for a more personable alarm company than those he worked with, Grant decided to focus strictly on security. In 2003, he joined in partnership with Joe Castro to form Nighthawk Security, LLC. With over 20 years in the security alarm industry, Grant has the technical knowledge and experience to ensure the job gets done right every time.
The steady growth of Nighthawk Security has allowed him to become more active in the security systems industry as well as his local community. Grant is a board member for MNESTA (Minnesota Electronic Security and Technology Association), BNI (Business Networking International), and is active within his community. He lives north of the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area with his wife Cheryl, and two children.
Grant is an active member of the Monticello Chamber of Commerce.
Joe Castro, Owner

Joe Castro has more than two decades of experience in the management and services industry, with over eight years of experience focused on alarm services. In 2003 he created Nighthawk Security, LLC, in partnership with Grant Gorecki. As the co-owner, Joe is focused and committed to providing superior service and creating a robust security plan to fit all customer needs. He is especially committed to on-going education and training to stay on the security system industry's leading edge. Joe also brings strong management and customer service experience to the business; he wants to provide his customers with the best solutions on every project.
Joe is currently a BNI member of the Polar Professionals Chapter in the White Bear Lake area. He currently resides east of the Twin Cities metro area with his wife Kelly. They have a daughter serving in the Air Force and a son in the Navy.
